14 ) If in case any accident happens by the driver, the client has to bear the cost of repair and damage happen & if any driver mistakes against the Driver is there we will cooperate in Investigation.
15 ) DriveGo doesn’t take any kind of responsibility for any valuables lost in the vehicle. So, the client is requested not to leave any valuables in the vehicle before leaving the car.
16 ) According to the Government legal process, for the genuine part, DriveGo will support throughout the compilation of case.

Cancellation and Returns Policy Please find below the cancellation policy

1) Free cancellation till 6 hours before departure.
2) Free cancellation within 120 minutes of booking.
3) 15% penalty for cancellation between 0-6 hours before departure.
4) No refund for cancellation post departure time.
5) For cancellation, Kindly call us to our support team. In case of any issue regarding cancellation, please call our support team at +91-888-4848-098.
6) All the cancellations will be made against the booking ID provided, so please make sure you have it with you during the time of cancellation.
7) Drivego will not be held responsible for any cancellation and delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage, etc.
8) Drivego reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point.
9) Any modifications/amendments to the booking are not allowed.

Refunds

Delays

Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.

Driver Details

Driver details will be shared up to 60 mins prior to departure. Incase the driver/cab that reaches you for pick up is different from what we have communicated, please don't board the cab and call us for assistance.

Receipts

You need to collect receipts from the driver for any extra charges paid directly to the driver during the trip. hire Go Cabs is not liable to provide invoices for such amounts.
